About Maureen

Maureen uses unrivaled response time, digital innovation and a presence across multiple platforms to give you the edge with Cape Cod real estate.

If you wish to sell, she'll use her skills as a former TV news anchor to create a custom video story of your home, reaching a global audience on her youtube channel, twitter and instagram.

If you wish to buy a place on the Cape, get ready for a concierge experience that is founded on research and fun. She writes contracts you can sign from your smartphone as you depart from the Cape, or, if you just couldn't pull yourself away, from the oyster bar.

A Worcester, Mass. native, Maureen holds a B.A., with honors, from Salve Regina College and an M.S. from the Newhouse School of Communication at Syracuse University.

Maureen was a long-time, award-winning principle news anchor and reporter at the CBS television station in Syracuse, N.Y. and a community columnist for the Syracuse Post-Standard.

Maureen was Kinlin Grover Real Estate's "Rookie of the Year", holds a Premiere Service Diamond award winner for outstanding client satisfaction, and receives annual Emerald top-producer awards.

Her work has been mentioned in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Inman News and the Cape Cod Chronicle.  She was also mentioned in The Cape Cod Times in a report about the return of wild turkeys on the Cape, which had nothing to do with real estate, (wink).

Downsizing, upsizing, selling out or buying in, Maureen has a plan for you.
